Another condo project in Edgewater is under construction. Units are being delivered fully finished


The project is Spider’s first to break ground in Miami, setting a crucial milestone for the company’s track record

Miami, FL.- Spider, an all-in-one real estate solutions company, officially kicked off construction of Spark, its flagship boutique residential project. The ceremonial groundbreaking was held on Thursday, September 8th, at the project’s site on 522 NE 34th St., in the heart of Edgewater, one of Miami’s trendiest districts. Upon completion, Spark will feature only 56 units with views of Biscayne bay and Miami Beach’s skyline with floor-to-ceiling windows. Prices start at $500,000.

According to Andres Goldenberg, Spider’s Principal, “We bought Spark’s site in early 2014 with a clear vision of a project perfectly suited for a lifestyle with a careful balance of luxury, sophistication, and sustainability, focused on fitness, the arts, and entertainment. Today’s groundbreaking marks the first step in the realization of that vision.”

The project breaks ground with nearly 40% of units sold. Construction is expected to finish in the first quarter of 2018.

Unit designs consist of one bedroom – two bathrooms (optional two bedrooms), two bedrooms – two bathrooms with den, and three bedrooms – three bathrooms residences, all with spacious balconies. Spark also offers two triplex penthouses with private terraces. Condos will range from about 955 square feet to about 1,800 square feet. Penthouses will range from 3,895 square feet to 3,925 square feet. All units will be delivered completely finished and move-in ready, with floors, bathrooms, cabinetry, and top-notch appliances.

Amenities will include a swimming pool, a state of the art gym, a spa and massage treatment area, a yoga garden, a BBQ area with summer kitchen features, indoor/outdoor social room, a multi-purpose area, a screening room / theater, a music room, and a sky terrace. Community bicycles will be available for residents.

“Spark is all about a genuine boutique experience. It’s all about sophistication without monumental pretentiousness. It’s all about luxury on a human scale. The project’s mix of amenities was conceived with those key guiding principles,” said Goldenberg.
