SPIDER Sells Assembled Land in Edgewater to Local Investor Jehad Audy

The company which has become a Fintech through its Spider connect app, is working to

March 10, 2021, Miami, FL. – The 28,000 square foot site, located at 113 - 123 NE 25th Street has been sold by Spider to Jehad Audy for a total of $7,250,000.00. Jamie Rose Maniscalco and Alexandros Kyriakos Tsoulfas of Apex Capital Realty facilitated both sides of the transaction. The two have now completed over $20,000,000 of transactions in the direct area surrounding Edgewater’s NE 2nd Avenue corridor.

The sale of this land, which was assembled by Spider in 2014, marks one of the largest land trades in the western portion of Edgewater in recent years. “There’s a lot of inventory on this side of town but the price expectations haven’t lined up with market demand. Hopefully this sale will be a catalyst for change here,” remarks Jamie Maniscalco, lead agent on the deal.

The assemblage is now sold as the company has transitioned into a Fintech. “Spider will continue its strategic plan to invest in income producing real estate assets as well as the development of technology to simplify the investment experience,” said Andres Goldenberg, Spider's founder. “We created a platform that gives any foreign national the possibility to invest and control those investments at their fingertips.”
